3020 Hat Backing (3.0 oz.)
This product's stability and firm hand makes it suitable for a variety of headwear application. A fuzz-free edge is left and can be torn in virtually all directions, therefore being removed very quickly. It can also help prevent registration slips.

Ultimate Cut Away is designed with a woven core giving it extraordinary strength surrounded by a soft non-woven fabric essential for reducing skin irritation. The strength allows you to save money by using one ply where you are now using multiple plys. The softness and lighter feel is preferred by your customer, without sacrificing the quality of your embroidery.

Ultimate Cut Away Heavy Duty (HD) (3.0 oz)
This is a heavy, specifically developed backing to assure the need for only one-ply with high stitch count designs as high as 20,000 stitches, within a small area.

Unlike traditional cutaways, it has a smooth, soft hand, hoops extremely well and gives excellent support replacing 99-series. It is specifically designed to back up embroidery on golf shirts, t-shirts, sweaters and similar applications.



FLAME RESISTANT CUTAWAY

6315 Cutaway (1.5 oz)
This product is an all polyester, very soft product that is designed for use as a low flammability product for use in children's sleepwear and heat seal emblem construction. This product is also used in conjunction with a tearaway on stretchy knits and piques.
