[Tech Tips]

For consistent tensions, always clean out the bobbin case under the tensioner with a non-abrasive material such as a brush or a paper business card. Loosen the tension on the bobbin case to get under the tensioner and clean, then retension the case when done cleaning. For upper tensions, be sure to clean between the tension disks, as lint and buildup can be thicker than the thread passing through the tensioners.
